The Beekman Hotel, New York City

The Beekman Hotel was our first large-scale project. We worked with Martin Brudnizki Design Studio to marry tradition with a modern approach, selecting antique rugs for the hotel’s public spaces to contrast with sleek guest rooms outfitted in our contemporary overdyed line. The incredible detail of the Beekman Hotel project displays our limitless ability to customize, with transporting results — 9 floors of custom-made corridor runners pay tribute to the historic building’s original mosaic floor, an iconic concierge desk is draped with one-of-a-kind antiques, and a collage of vintage rugs in the main atrium evokes the splendor of Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar.

Nomad, Las Vegas

We furnished the immense NoMad hotel in Las Vegas with hand-tufted carpets that met the luxurious standards of the renowned Sydell Group. Employing value engineering and experimental methods, our agile team fulfilled the company’s vision within ambitious parameters. Our strong relationship with award-winning mills allowed us to work outside the box, creating a full-size Khotan through the meticulous patchwork of smaller, upcycled rugs.

Four Seasons Athens

The intensive customization of the Four Seasons Astir Palace was our most ambitious undertaking to date. Collaborating closely with Meyer Davis Studio, our goal was to revitalize the 1960s palace with a dreamlike atmosphere for guests. Our global expertise provided simple solutions to the logistical challenge of design and production work spanning 4 countries across 2 continents. The property’s location on the stunning Athens coast inspired the fully custom range of handwoven and handtufted rugs featuring 75 unique textures which recall the color and movement of water.

The Ned London

Our goal for The Ned London -- a SoHo House and Sydell Group property housed in the bygone headquarters of the Midland Bank -- was to create pieces that would match the detail of craftsmanship already present in the historic art deco space. Working with our team of skilled artisans, we referenced rare antique rugs to generate meticulously hand-knotted reproductions. The resulting pieces transform the imposing former bank into a space that is cozy, inviting, and full of character.
